Job Profile:
Development stage Co-ordination with each department to make sure that development on time.
Prepare documents as per Honda norms e.g. Master schedule (APQP), child parts Sourcing list, spec test, mill sheet, Capacity plan, FPMEA, SPC, Kakotora, tooling details for local & Imported, MQS Based on Honda Norm.
Production document e.g. PQCT, Check sheet, P-Control Chart, OPS, BOP std.,
Interaction with HM/HSCI Japanese and Engineers at QAV and close the pending issues on time.
To prepare Jigs & Fixture with PE members and validate each during our line trial period and get approval from customer.
Supplier selection, Control and upgradation to match with our requirements.
Responsible for each event from initial development to mass production.
Arrangement of Production materials specified Bins, crates, poly bags, foams etc.
Develop components that meet feature, performance, and quality objectives in line with Customers requirements.
Establish specifications and Limit sample to ensure components meet performance and durability standards.
Quality Control Stage:
Interface with customers to ensure timely response to customer complaints and improvements on existing and new products.
Set and maintain quality equipment for testing in-process parameters and specifications. Ensure that the components and sub-assemblies meet quality requirements at all stages of production.
Conduct inspection of final product before its packing and dispatch.
Ensure adherence to relevant quality procedures with the aim of achieving and maintaining TS 16949 certification.
Analyse customer feedback on quality parameters and initiate action as required.

Other Activities:
5S: Achieved 75% min scores in 1S/2S on shop floor and out side areas.
3M: Training imparted and eliminated 150 Mudas in premises.

CHINA in 2004 Fushan Ltd., Guangzhou & Shanghai [Purchased a new Prismatic Mirror Plant based on Technical comparison with Germany manufacturer and established the manufacturing process at our works.]

Received Winner of convention Quality Circle award from QCFI in NCQC 2000 held in Surajkund, Faridabad.

FTY Increased in Honda Plastic Parts from 5% to 40% mix.
