International Business Division (IBD) core competency is in providing custom-built products based on customer specifications, at very competitive prices. These products find applications in Automobiles, Electrical, Electronics and Tele-communications industries. Raychem RPG has been successful in exporting precision engineering components to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for all the functions of plastics (Molds & Molded parts) department of International Business Division like product development, CAE, Project Planning, Overseas Customer coordination
•Responsible for RFQ(Request for Quotation) of new projects
•To look after International Business Development, New projects from concept stage to implementation which includes project feasibility, costing, execution
•Project milestone tracking thru effective Project Management, Project wise test criteria design
•Lead team of Engineers and design Engineers to achieve product design, prototype and mold development as per set milestones. 3D part models and mold design supervision.
•Planning and Coordination of projects with other departments in line with project requirements.
•To interact with overseas customers & update via project update reports and teleconference
•To ensure systems are in compliance with quality standards ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14000

Specific Contribution:
•Grabbed new business of molded parts worth Rs.5 crs/annum by proving about capabilities to overseas customer during project meeting in U.K.
•Specific Contribution in project of automotive plastic part for tier two supplier (U.S.A. based) of General Motors, U.S.A.. Made detailed project planning from plant layout till shipment including all technical and commercial matters.
•Set new milestone of the department by successful development of more than 30 molds in a year.

• Responsible for ‘Plastic product development’ from concept stage to final product and customer coordination.
