2002 – 2008: AS General Manager – Design, Overall In charge of the Design office for leading company, Joint venture of Otto Hofstetter AG, Switzerland, Injection mold manufacturing company, specialized in the field of PET Preform and Thin wall Packaging products. The company is one of the top five companies in the world in its category. I have been responsible for establishing the office in India from the day of inception, recruiting engineers and generating about 25,000 invoicing hours, covering about 200 Mold projects till now. Outsourcing mold parts, from India to the parent company, implementation of hardware/software up gradation etc. Support for sales and manufacturing activities etc.

1995 – 2002: As entrepreneur, Free lance Consultant providing Engineering and manufacturing solutions, custom tooling for various industries, reverse engineering of import substitute products, product development, modeling and CAM program solutions, press tools & injection mold developments, fixture designs, Promotional & presentation activities etc. As parallel activity, Conducted Training programs for engineers and professionals in advanced CAD/CAM software, such as Unigraphics, Solidworks, and Varicut etc.

Short period in Klenzaids Aseptic Technologies (Visit www.klenzaids.com ) as Manager – Design & Development, Mumbai, Pioneering Company engaged in Clean room Technology, manufacturing of Pharmaceutical machines, Automations, Filling & closing lines, sterilizing pressure vessels etc.

1975 – 1995: 20 years in Widia (India) Ltd, German Collaborated Carbide oriented Cutting tools and Mining products industry (Now Kennametal India) for Design and Product Development of custom tooling, chip-breaker developments etc.
