Projects Undertaken  During M.E.
“To Revalidate The Curing Time For Different Laminate Structures” at “Flex Industries Limited”, Noida As a Major Project during 2005-2006 
Curing Time is a very important operation in flexible packaging industries. A less or no curing can leads to many package problems like low bond strength, low seal strength and opening of laminates etc. During the Project, I prepared all types of two and three layered laminates and observed the optimum time of curing (full bond formation between films through adhesive)for all the laminates and bond strength between every 2 layer was measured. And effect of thickness, films on curing time and its relation with bond strength was revalidated with actual production samples. 
“Role Of Flexible Packaging In The Polymer Industries” at “Flex Industries Limited”, Noida As a Minor Project during 2005.
During the Project, I studied the effects  of growth in Flexible Packaging field and how is it affecting the polymer or plastic industries nowadays. New developments and anticipation of wide growth of flexible packaging industry were also studied

Projects Undertaken During B.Tech.
 “To Design The Sieve Plate For Stripping Column” at college for seventh semester.
Sieve plates are widely used in distillation columns, gas absorbers and strippers. Plate was designed while considering various factors like pressure drop, area, distance between two plates for stripping column.
“Waste Water Treatment Of Pulp & Paper Industry” at college for eight semester
It was to design screenings, area of thickeners and and process through primary and secondary as well as tertiary treatment and purify the waste water so that it may not contaminate the land and create pollution.

During Summer Training, I have gone through various plastic processing techniques, plastic materials, molding methods and various plastic testing methods from June 2003 to July 2003
