· The prime responsibilities were handling department viz., Plastic Injection
Moulding, Aluminum Pressure Die Casting, Electrical Motor Stamping and Tool
Room for Production Planning, Quality Control, Troubleshooting, R&D,
Maintenance, Vendor Development, New Product Design and Development,
Mould Development, Labour Recruitment, etc.
· In Injection Moulding, We process Advanced Engineering Plastics viz., Glass
filled Thermoplastics polyester (PBT), Polycarbonate, Nylon 66, ABS etc., for
different fan parts viz., Impellor, Connectors, Fan body, Insulation covers, etc.,
on Imported Injection Machines with Vacuum Loaders, Hopper Dryers, Mould
Temperature Controllers.

· The responsibilities were Process Control, Maintaining Quality at the Production
Level.
· Preparing & Maintaining process layout of Moulded Components viz, Cycle Time,
Weight, Material & Grade, Machine, Pressure, Temperature, Etc.
· Performing trials of new material & mould.
· Modifying Product Design & Mould Design to optimize quality and productivity.
· Inspection of moulded parts while in production for various defects viz
Shrinkage, Warpage, Flowmarks, Weldlines, Distortion, Etc.
· Providing solutions to minimize it by changing Process Parameters, Material
Grades, Mould Design Etc.
· Also performing various types of postproduction tests on Thermoware Product
Viz, Drop Test, Temperature Rise/ Full Test to check the Polyurethane Insulation,
Etc.

Inplant training taken in two of the leaders of Plastics Industry Viz, GARWARE PLASTICS & POLYSTER LTD and MILTON PLASTICS LTD. for the duration of six months in each. Training taken in Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Extrusion
