Achievements
Pinnacle 2013 (Employee of the Year) : Was awarded Pinnacle for bringing the business impact be delivering 500K project and which in-turn was benchmarked to add 5 more resources to the team to deliver bigger Cost Targets.
Rock Star Q2 2015 : Was awarded Rock Star award for Q2 2015 for successfully delivering one of the crucial project (The Low Cost Console assembly). The project saved ~650K material saving and ~2000ppm quality (approx $3 per unit) which had around 310K tooling investment.
You Are Star (Spot Award) Feb 2014: Initiated DFV workshop for NAR product and generated ideas worth 3M USD. Based on this1.5M USD worth project was considered to lead and deliver.
You are star (Spot award) Aug 2013: For the Contribution in solving the Cooktop Glass Breakage issue.
Smart Squad Feb 2011: Successfully delivering the features sub-system for production (FDBM)

Key Projects
Project 1: The Low Cost Console assembly (Project Lead Time 12 Months)
Initiated, Designed and developed the low cost console assembly for Build-In Oven NAR. This project fetched around 650K of material saving and 2000ppm quality improvement with 310K tooling investment. Successfully worked with the cross category team to develop and overcome the obstacles in the project. This project brought positive impact for the Cost & Quality team and helped to establish the Cost & Quality team for Tulsa Division.
Project 2 : Oven Door Glass Breakage analysis (Project Lead Time 05 Months)
BIO had high rate of SIR on Oven Door Glass breakage. Being one of the member of quality action team, We had a challenge to identify the root cause. I Identified the GASP meter which was available in market to measure the stresses on the glass and Run the COV and DOE to understand the stresses induced on the glass on assembly line and found the root cause and was addressed. This project had 4500ppm quality improvement.
Proejct 3 : NAR Refrigerator Door Bins / Shelf (Project Lead Time 15 Months)
Designed and developed the features (Door Bins and Shelf for refrigeration product. I was responsible for the design of the door bins. Worked with Cross category team to successfully launched the features on time and on cost
