Presently working with a leading company at Ankaleshwar.
I had developed Water Soluble Plastic Film (Eco-Friendly material). And got patent for manufacturing Process of multiplayer water soluble film. This is India’s largest manufacturer of Water Soluble Plastic film. Knowledge of batch formulation ofdiffernt grades, raw material testing, testing of final products according to ISO norms, and sifts management.
Have good experience in manufacturing of adhesive (water and solvent based) coated products like PVC material for sign board, masking tape, two side tape, paper sticker etc. silicon coating on both paper and polyester. Different coating method viz. ROR coating, graviour coating, Mayer bar coating, air knife coating are also used. have also knowledge in Testing of properties like peel adhesion, release and ageing.

JRF (Junior Research Fellow)
Working under I.P.C.L. (Indian Petrochemical Corporation Ltd.) Vadodara sponsored Research Project” MIXED SURFACTANT SYSTEMS” for 3.5 years at Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara. During this Research period I had published three Research Papers, one at national level and two at international level. One paper was presented in IUPAC International Conference on Chemical and Biological Thermodynamics, at G.N.D.Uni.Amritsar. And one more Research paper work is under pipeline. Synopsis of the Research work submitted at M .S. Uni. Vadodara.
