Changed the gate location with the same hot tip to achieve better flow & fast filling of material without much injection pressure & resolved warpage (differential shrinkage) problem developing another make of material Engine cover of one of the vehicle.
Skilfully resolved problem of weld line intensity in Tata Leaf Screen ( Material
Luran ) changing gate size.
