Title:Enhancement of plant capacity
Description:The aim of the project was to enhance the capacity of the plant from 9000 box/month(in Jun’09).
Highlights:
Significantly contributed in increasing the number of packers available for work and developed a worksheet (on MS Excel) for feeding of their daily working which enabled to announce the various Bonus Schemes for packing labours. Finally, increased the average working of labours from 5box/day to 8 box/day
Instrumental in technical level to enhance the productivity of the machines. Reduced the daily breakdowns of machines; communicated with Machine Suppliers, Engineers, Operators for their needs to get the highest output from the machines  Finally; succeeded to increase 35% plant capacity per month 

Period: Feb 2011 to July 2011 
Title:Extension of plant capacity by installing reused set of machineries .
First time worked on a multilayer sheet line with a pilot extruder including a melt pump. 
Worked with plug servo based thermoforming machine.
Headed a team of 4 senior operators replacing the screw, barrel with groove of a 100 mm sheet line.  
Deftly involved in new product designing i.e. development of new moulds, cavities, weight of products, designing of packing material like polythene and corrugated boxes. Important to mention that all these products have made their remarkable positions in the market.
