Job Profile:
Responsible for timely execution overall Vertical / Horizontal & Engineered pumps against monthly turnover plan.
Sole Process Owner of Vertical Pumps Execution
Manage the Lean application (minimum inventory costs) for vertical and engineered pumps.
To work on forecasting and timely deliveries and responsible for dispatches of said pumps while controlling the inventory level to minimum.
To work on forecasting and provide the material requirements for the execution of said pumps and to look after their timely execution to meet the delivery performance / targets set by the management.
To have proper communication with Sales teams for all regions in Pakistan and abroad (exports) to arrange for their urgent deliveries.
Assure proper communication of monthly plans and its updated status to sales teams from time to time.
To make proper arrangements for inspections / witness testing.
Also to discuss / solve the issue on daily basis of Assembly Shop of Vertical / Horizontal & Engineered Pumps.

To execute the ISO’s (Internal Sales Order) received from all the three regions of Tri-Pack to make commitments with the sales executives for its delivery.
To prepare monthly production plan for the BOPP films to be produced in that month on the main production lines while keeping in view forecasting of the orders to give longer runs for the batches on main production lines.
To Manage and plan the secondary slitters’ machines according to the customer’s requirement size wise and length wise as per urgencies.

Prepare and manage the Machine Occupational Plans for all machines in slitting departments.
