Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible in production department.
Responsible for implementing guidelines and procedures and other related instructions which is related from time to time.
Receives production order and plan according to the delivery dated and make schedule depends up on the mould capacity related to the machine capacities.
Controlling and monitoring inputs, monitoring production, with order tolerances.
Controlling and preparing files and documents necessary for department and other related formats.
Responsible for all direct, indirect inputs for production from wear house and other oriented sections.
Responsible for the issuance of finished goods to store or dispatch direct to customer.
Keep all machineries and equipments in proper condition and monitoring of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenances.
Man power control, guidance, technical supports, and encouragements to enhance the work ship to increase the productivity.
Counter check all necessary material needed for production order. Empowered to handle recycle process and material mixing process.
Responsible for making evaluation reports about the employees according to their skills and capabilities.
Specialization:
Develops and maintains proper plant production capacity to meet customer demand.

Cooling towers, chilling plants, & Plastic testing machines
All tool room machines like Spark Erosions, Wire EDM, Engraving, Drilling, Milling, Grinding, and CNC Lathe.
Automates (lathe), capstones (lathe) secondary process finishing.
Shot and sand blasting, Orbital spin riveting, Hydraulic and pneumatic press,
Ultra sonic cleaning machine for de burring, de greasing, de oiling etc
Pressures die casting machine.
Knowledge in machine tools and expert in mould super finishing and polishing.
