Noteworthy Achievements:
Started MIS in NKL with ‘Comparative Analysis’ between all plants for Production, Rejection, Down-time and Customer Complaints based on SQC (Pareto analysis, Pie-chart etc). Improvements started showing within 3 months.
Analyzed mould loading and made changes in the step-wise actions which improved the TCT for the process at NKL.
Checked the stopped order/s of products, spoke to customer for reason/s, and started projects for improvement at JPL and TBL.
Split the daily wage calculation of workers to include production output as a measuring unit of the daily wage. The changed measurement increased output among Assembly and Packing sections in UPI.
At SSF, serious multiple complaints of prime customer (Cadbury) for ‘Hair contamination inside products’ was analyzed by me and rectified.
