Job profile-
Responsible for production and Quality control/Quality assurance from raw material to finished products.
Machine handling (Two tape line, Sixty circular looms, One lamination plant,Three BCS,One auto & Two manual printing machine,Ten manual stitching machine,Two bailing press,etc ).
Men power handling (Around 200 People).
Handling and involve in others activities like cost calculation,new product development,off grade raw material trials, maximum filler loading (0 to 50 %), processing waste control (5-6 % maximum), maintaining spare parts, machine maintenance (Preventive & Breakdown) and Utility (Cooling tower, Chiller, Air compressor, DG.), Conducting weekly meeting, production & waste report analysis, house keeping etc.
