Job Description

Experience minimum 15 years, sound knowledge in plastics & is aware of injection stretch blow molding / extrusion blow molding processes .

Has experience in working with the ASB machines, CMP, SPEEDEX machines. can handle the Shift operations independently .

Good knowledge on the mold change techniques, parameter settings, troubleshooting the machines.  In depth knowledge on the Materials, quality systems, cost reduction projects. effective man management skills & be safety minded.
 
ISBM Process
Single Stage (ASB) blowing
Two Stage Blowing
(Experience with working on Sidel/Mag will be added Advantage)
Machine Knowledge : 70 DPH, 70 DPW, 12M, 50MB std etc

EBM Process
Extrusion Blow Moulding with Multi cavity moulds & M/C
Willing to work in shift
Machine Knowledge : Speedex, IBM, CMP, Koutex etc

Knowledge of M/c operation
(Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Basic Electricals)
Exposure to ERP/QCC/Quality Systems
Knowledge of clean room systems
