Project: Designing and Manufacturing of Gas Efficient Ceramic Furnace 2010 - 2011
Software Used: Pro-E, Mastercam, Auto CAD.
Machine Handled: CNC Machines, Die Casting process, Tig welding, Conventional Tool Room machines.
Scope: Used in Construction Industry to produce Ceramic parts. This designed Ceramic Furnace is capable of maintaining temperature up to 1200 celcius by attaining 40% gas efficiency with the use the specially designed burners.

Project: Designing and Manufacturing of METALIZING CHAMBERS 2008 - 2009
Software Used: Pro-E, Mastercam, Auto CAD.
Machine Handled: CNC Machines, Spot welding machines, Conventional lathe, Cylindrical grinding.
Scope: Used in Automobile Industry, in the production of Car handles, Side view Mirror and Front Light reflector. Metalizing chambers were designed to apply metal coating to plastics.
It is also used in Plastic Toy manufacturing.

Project: Designing LED Bulbs with low energy consumption and high illumination
Software Used: Auto CAD.
Machine Handled: CNC Machines, Conventional Milling machines and Surface Grinder.
Scope: This sustainable energy saving LED Bulbs were designed to reduce power consumption
by 80%. They are highly used in commercial buildings.
