Job Description:
Plan and Implement Production Schedules to ensure that, the production plan and targets are achieved.
Prepare and Monitor the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the production plan and target.
Monitor the production process based on key performance indicators (KPI) and identifying the scope for improvement in the operational areas, formulating the policies, SOP's to provide effective planning and control of department activity.
Prepare and obtain approval for equipment retrofits which will enable the department to make optimal contribution towards continual improvement.
Recognize and resolve problems affecting production including schedules, staff, quality, and order of production lines to avoid delays in production process.
TCM, 3C, 5S Concepts implementation and control.
Assist the General Manager to plan & execute new projects that includes design & drawing, to achieve the long term business objectives.
Responsible for quality and & stock count at all the stages, so as to enable the company's standards and needed quality objectives are met and exceeded.
Co-ordinate with and interact with quality Assurance in the Laboratory over monitoring product quality / compliance with to specifications and standard.
