Production –

Quality –

To start counter action against customer complaint with the help of production person.
To sort out customer complaints by giving CAPA, 5 WHY analysis and 8 D.

NPD –
To take active participation in CFT, design meet and product meet as a production representative. Participated at China for Fiat India new mould development as a moulding representative.

Environmental and administrative work –
To follow ISO 14000 and OHSHS procedure in routine. To monitor hazardous waste generation, storage, disposal action. Monitoring of ETP plant process, slug accumulation, disposal.
To motivate down the line workers by giving trainings in house like, safety, fire, first aid, chemical handling, evacuation plan, personal protective equipments, on job, SMED, motivation.

Achievements –
Single digit time (under 10 min.) achieved for mould changeover through SMED on 250T.
Mould release spray consumption reduced by 50%
Screw cleaning time reduced from 4 Hrs to 2.5 Hrs in extrusion molding for MB production.
Cycle time reduction in Top Grill mould, Shelf R mould, Tray Vegetable mould.
In-house runner gate cutting machine development for multi cavity mould.
Involvement in the process of development of 112 new moulds ranging from 80 T to 800 T in one year.
