On my leadership, started rubber lining division in a separate shed, given training to the workers about rubber lining, rubber lining standard, procedures, curing methods, compounding, sheeting and formulation methods. Got piping orders and done the rubber lining successfully. Slowly Increasing the factory production to 1600 M² and Situ 1600 M² monthly.
Through Reem rubber I had visited to Indonesia, Jakarta - Suprabakti Mandiri Rubber Co and done green Rubber Lining project 1500M², made the efficient arrangements in Autoclave curing system & machineries, trained them for Roll covering/ hand laid Hose making with flanges
Achieved production 450 tons/month, Cost saving 2million US$ /year, by Reduced the rejection less than 3%.
Introduced a new sheet cutting machine, and increased cutting 7 tons to 15 tons/ day.
Started New Rotocure Project in this company for continues rubber sheeting Floor mats, Marbleize, Plain, Insertion, groove design, button design, mirror finish, Fabric finish and more varieties
0.8 – 25mm T X 1.5M- W X 50 M or 100 M length. Alone I can handle this machine.
As per my suggestion, installed crumb rubber dust machineries unit for waste flash and products recycling, now they are using 200 tons/month and saved 25000 $/ month.

In Jan’1995, I have started my own Rubber lining Unit ”Aradhana Rubber Industries” at Chennai-77 & successfully run up to Feb’1998. Due to party’s payment often delayed surplus, lacking of regular fund flow I Closed my unit.
