Ensure to meet overall weight target, cost target and quality of the aggregate by involving all stakeholders responsible to deliver respective deliverables according to NPI GEN3 process.
Conduct weekly review meeting with the all dept (COC, purchase, cost manager, manufacturing, chief engineer office, forward model quality, metallurgy)
Set priorities, initiate workshops to mitigate the risk internally and with suppliers
Publish weekly progress report stating the progress and support required to senior management
Weight PAT owner:
Responsible for achieving overall vehicle weight target.
Drive setting for each aggregate of the vehicle and set up glide path to achieve weight target in pre-defined time frame.
Exploring new technology like hot stamping, aluminium feasibility in project context. Also contributed by bringing high flow grade raw material to optimize part thickness resulting reduction in part weight
Generate weekly progress report showing current status, glide path, associated risk to senior management
