Planning daily production planning, controlling over shift in change with monitoring various production operations in PLC based MOD-30 for the Batch process of ABS Material with emulsion polymerization process. (Polymerization, Agglomeration, flocculation and Drying)Provide Leadership, direction and co-ordination to juniors and operators for different operations such as Unloading RM handling SRM, charging batches with RM & SRM from latex stage to powder stage by provide SOP and MSDS.
