Job Profile :
Receive the orders from customer, Accordingly prepare and Plan Raw Material Requirement Plan (MRP) for the production targets on Daily / Monthly basis and Sent to Purchase department for all the four plants.
Plan and Deploy manpower as per production requirements to ensure 100% utilization of the employee’s skills.
Ensure 100% supply of Rubber Compounds to all the Four Plants .
Initiate action plan to ensure the Optimum production WIP through KANPAN System.
To implement TPM - JH steps to achieve TPM Excellance Award.
Adhere to 5S / IMS (ISO 9001 / TS16949 / EMS / OSHAS) Requirements in shop floor.
Identify areas for improvement and to take necessary steps for implementation.
Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve set production Targets.
Co-ordinate with user departments to reduce Rejection level.
To continuously monitor Plan Vs Actual production and work with concerned
Departments to take corrective action.
Ensure Zero defect / cost saving / effective capacity utilization / adapt to systems and procedures.
