Production planning:- The Production planning against the monthly order will be prepared and accordingly the weekly and daily planning will be issued to the concerned departments. The Material planning for the production and also monitoring the receipt of materials with the supplier are also done.
Manpower Recruitment & Training:- The preparation of Position Competency Profile defining the qualification and skills required for each and every position. Conducting interviews with the applicants.Conucting training programmes such as 5S trainings, QMS trainings, First-Aid training, Induction trainings & in process trainings.
Problem rectification:- Identification of commonly occurring technical & general problems and finding the corrective actions then and there. Identification of the root causes and making the preventive actions to avoid the root causes.

Tulsyan N E C Ltd, Bangalore - Manufacturers of Poly Propylene woven sacks in India. They are the producers and exporters of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC), which is a new innovation in the packaging industries. They are producing and exporting more than 150 MT of FIBC in a month.
Responsibilities
Monitoring production process:- Monitoring of the process to ensure that it is meeting the customer specifications.
Testing and inspection evaluation from raw material to dispatch:- Making the procedure to check the incoming and in process inspection and also evaluate the effectiveness of the system.
