Planning, establish Production and Quality standards
Develop budget for production material and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
Plan and direct production activities as per production scheduling, and establish production priorities for effective operations and control of cost factors.
Estimate production times, standard labor hours, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
