Work Profile:
Prepare the complete production plan & calculate the capacity as per the forecast released by the marketing department.
Calculate the material requirement to meet such target & the same given to purchage department.
Prepare the weekly plan as per the requirement of the market. Daily

Cycle time of the machine was reduced by 10%.

Reduced the man power requirement from 100 operators to 80 operators by effectively using the man power.
Re-granulated rejection was controlled from 10 tons to 1 ton by re-using the re-granulation effectively.
