Maintaining and managing inventory of all the telecom infrastructure comprising of telephone lines / EPABX / ISDN, etc. and monitoring maintenance cost & budget to meet the predefined SLAs.
Quality Management and Assurance:
Ensuring Documentation & Implementation of QMS and Defining, Monitoring and periodic review of Quality Objectives & Targets.
Ensuring periodical awareness training programs are conducted for employee’s like ISO/TS 16949:2009, 5S, Kaizen, Fire safety etc. Motivating team for continual improvement activities like Kaizen or error proofing.
Getting conducted internal quality system audit, process audit and product audit, conducting management review meetings.
Handling Customer complaints, analysing and resolving the problems by implementing corrective and preventive action against the complaints and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective & preventive actions.
Conducting supplier audit to improve the product quality and ensure the effectiveness of QMS at Supplier end.
