Job Description

Ability to handle Polymer Processing Machines such as Twin Screw Extruders and all ancillary machines, Polymer Testing Equipment and Product development work in polymer industry.
Process Development & Trouble shooting work in Plastics Processing Plant
Locating sources & Evaluation of Raw Materials.
Manpower allocation and shift management
Interaction with local government authorities for all Factory related matters
Incorporate Toyota Way/Six Sigma and ISO practices for quality control and continuous improvement
B.E or higher degree in Polymer Science or Technology/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in independently handling Polymer Processing Plants.
Good English and Hindi is a mandatory requirement. Team Handling and Interpersonal Skills for managing operators and production supervisors and quality control personnel.
