Strategizing and facilitating consistent achievement of production targets for end products by ensuring optimal planning, allocation & utilization of all resources that include manpower, machinery and raw materials
Identifying potential deviations and implementing corrective actions to ensure that production targets are met within target time and budget.
Planning and allocating jobs involving routine checkups and maintenance activities.
