The Accountabilities:-
Production Management:-
Managing end to end production operations at Production and Engineering Department from planning to monitoring on-site activities and final execution for new product development.
Monitoring development with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance; evaluating production progress & taking adequate corrective actions.
Preparing monthly, weekly & daily production plans with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production within the time and cost parameters.
Determining the future needs and production capacity for producing required quantities of items on pre-defined standards within financial costs.
Coordinating with Commercial Department for procurement of spare for plant equipments.

Operations & Maintenance:-
Preparing schedule for preventive / breakdown maintenance of plant and equipments and its execution.
Undertaking modification of existing facilities for better productivity & elimination of failure of equipments.
Handling general electrical maintenance work of equipments.
Coordinating with Government Officials for inspection & testing of equipments, utilities and instruments.
Implementing latest analysis techniques for eliminating wastage & enhancing plant efficiency / productivity.
Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures so as to reduce equipment downtime & maximize plant availability.
Anchoring installation & commissioning of machines & equipments and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.

Establishing quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance quality of products & reduce the rejection rate.
Ensuring adherence to International quality standards like ISO 9001-2000.
