Maintaining the quality of the products according to the ISO standards.
Preparing the production plan as per sales demand and also ensure availability of all raw materials.
Manage maintenance department and apply the preventive maintenance program on all machine and equipment to minimize problems and shut down scheduling to ensure timely and appropriate solutions are adopted avoiding major breakdowns.
