Job Responsibilities:
Production
Achieving the production targets, with minimum resources, given by commercial department with the team of Engineers and 200 Operators.
Feeding MPS enteries as per schedule, Work Order creation, operational Enteries, Raising MRN, MRS to Stores.
Minimizing performance Bottlenecks for achieving high productivity.
Minimizing Rejection and Rework by process improvement to increase the FTT.
Work on Automation to increase the productivity and minimize the manpower.
Preparing work instructions for production operations for standardize the process and maintaining reports (MIS) for facilitating decision making by the management.
