Its newly established Plastic Moulding has 8 Nos. mid size Moulding m/cs. ( JSW- All Electric ./ Hydraulic) & one JSW 1600 T, all m/cs fitted with Robo (Yushin) & Chiller (Reiken) with Centralized Gas Preparation unit . ( Production capacity of 12000 Shots / day ) and Steam Assisted Paint free moulding set up for LCD panels. A modern Paint shop consisting of 4 line & equipped to do 2 & 3 colour painting. And a thermocoal moulding process having 4 nos. Of Kurtz m/c fitted with Fire tube Boiler (2Ton & 3Ton), Compressor, and Pre expander.
Job Profile
Responsible for Production and Planning of Injection Moulding, Paint shop and Sub-assembly of TV Cabinets.
Daily monitoring of Customer and Process rejections/ rework, OEE of injection moulding, Painting and Assembly line and taking Corrective & preventive actions for break down/ losses.
Meeting Production target and Quality requirements.
Monitor daily consumptions of the cost centre and initiate Value analysis for Cost saving to improve Profitability.
Responsible for practicing Safety, Health and Environmental related norms in shop floor.
