( JSW- All Electric ./ Hydraulic) & one JSW 1600 T, all m/cs fitted with Robo (Yushin) & Chiller (Reiken) with Centralized Gas Preparation unit . ( Production capacity of 12000 Shots / day ) and Steam Assisted Paint free moulding set up for LCD panels. A modern Paint shop consisting of 4 line & equipped to do 2 & 3 colour painting. And a thermocoal moulding process having 4 nos. Of Kurtz m/c fitted with Fire tube Boiler (2Ton & 3Ton), Compressor, and Pre expander.

Responsible for Production and Planning of Injection Moulding, Paint shop and Sub-assembly of TV Cabinets.
Daily monitoring of Customer and Process rejections/ rework, OEE of injection moulding, Painting and Assembly line and taking Corrective & preventive actions for break down/ losses.
