Daily Routine Management – Machine wise production tracking including OEE, FG plan, material availability, action on quality issues.

Team Management: Carrying out performance reviews of shift supervisors/ workmen & providing feedback on areas of improvements. Analyzing the need and accordingly fulfilling them to enhance their capability.
Organize training to all operators for related issues.
Maintain shop floor for any type of visit.
Overall shift-wise co-ordination & functioning of production of all quality products as per plan.
Responsible for entire molding & assembly.
