Goals achieved:
I made an On Time Delivering system (OTD) to increase the delivery process from 75% in 2004 to 98.5% in 2010.
I improved the scrap control system to reduce the scrap from 25000 DPM in 2004 to 3500 DPM in 2010.
I implemented the planning, programming and production control system and I was planning and programming for seven years. Also I was responsible for some international purchasing.
I lead the change over project; changing the average from 2.5 to 0.75 hours.
