Mould Maintenance:
General mould maintenance pre and post loading of mould.
Schedule mould maintenance (check, repair and replace) such as bearing for unscrewing moulds, rack and pinion or chain links, hydraulic core ejecting system, cooling system, air ejection and hydraulic ejection system, hot sprues and manifolds etc.
General maintenance of moulds.

Frequent failure in Electronic card for lubrication control system, temperature control system in the mother board and PQ card. Connectivity of the system changed to identify and installed other source, i.e. lubrication system changed to timer control, temperature controller bypass through controller connectivity outside to the system and a transformer is connected to PQ card to activate back pressure. These systems installed for FCS 600 ton, JM 88 ton and FCS 200 ton m/c.
Reduce Production cost by introduction other source material.
Elimination of repeated customer complaints.
Introducing pin point gating systems by eliminating component re-work and wastage of time.
Improve cooling system in the mould by reducing cycle time, increasing Productivity rate.
