Established Injection Molding Process And Automated Finishing Process For Production Of Valve Steam Seals .
Developed 4 product lines which includes Valve steam seals, Gas spring seals, PTFE seals and Rotostat seals.
Localized the design, manufacture and development of the above seals
Established a critical manufacturing process called helix punching using the sophisticated CNC controlled machine from Germany.
Developed new process of making these helix grooves using the laser machining technology.
