Overall responsibility of the company from the project stage onwards such as preparation of layout, ordering of machinery, inspection of machinery, erection and commissioning of machinery, establishment of production and technical process, recruitment and training of manpower etc.
Responsible for the overall effective operation of the Factory including the major functions such as Production, Production Planning, Marketing, Accounts and Finance, Technical, Quality Assurance, Personnel & Administration, Engineering and Utilities, Materials and Purchase etc.,
Production has been achieved to the tune of 93% of the rated capacity within a shorter period after commissioning of the project .
Turn over has been increased by changing product mix,
