New Products development:
Preparation of technical data sheet of the product, for cost finalization with customer.
Selection of cost effective & quality sub-contractors.
Monitoring of the development of part as per APQP schedule.
Submission of samples with PPAP documents to QA.
As per QA report, interaction with sub-contractor & ask for correction in samples if required.
Product assembly co-ordination with manufacturing engineering.
Samples submission to customer and feed back.
