negotiations. Liaison with the production department to maintain optimum inventory as well as finance department for timely payment of bills. Liaison with the Design and Planning department to maintain Advance Material Procurement for Long lead items. Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock and on time delivery which cause production and financial losses. Developing reports on procurement and usage of material for top management. Techno-commercial negotiation with suppliers. To generate on time delivery reports as well as vendor rating report on Monthly basis.
Preparation of Goods Receipt Voucher(GRV) Preparation of “Request for quotation (RFQ)”, “Comparative Statement (CS)” & “Purchase Order(PO)” in to the ERP. Expediting / Follow-up & co-ordination with concerns for the items.
To prepare report of estimation and costing for Forgings, Castings, Fabrication as well as Machining Items. In case if any rejection materials from stores interaction with quality control dept get the report and send back to the vendors.

For Vendor Development:
