Job profile -
Planning and implementing of overall QA activities.
Visit to customers place, understand the customer’s need & ensure the CAPA should be implemented.
Improving the quality effectiveness by creating awareness, conducting meetings and provide training.
Prepare the SOP & work instruction for every process flow.
Verifying & monitoring the manufacturing process, documentation & implemented quality system.
Ensuring all the critical equipment using in the process should be calibrated.
Review the data of internal or external rejections, analyzing the root cause along with concern department and taking corrective & preventive actions for reducing the same.
Interacting with all departments to implementing all QA process at every stage of manufacturing process.
Prepare, approval & issue of Quality limit sample & LSD card for QC reference.
Decide the corrective action for finished or semi-finished products that go on hold or reject.
Co-ordinate and make inter-relationship with all department to achieve & fulfill the targets set by the management.
