Job profile-
Responsible for Production Planning, Control and day to day review with all concerned departments
Responsible for end to end production and plant operations R&D, Process control, Blown film ,Extrusion Lamination, Printing, Adhesive Lamination, Slitting, Pouching, Packing & dispatches.
Responsible for optimizing operation expenditure and reducing wastage Cost Control
Responsible for the Quality of all the Output material
R & D and new product development based on the companys strategy and market dynamics
Process adherence and SOP definition as per ISO 22000 and BRC and implementation of the same.
Maintenance of all Capital equipment and machines
General Cleanliness of the Plant and etiquette
Co-ordinate with the Clients and ensure customer relations
Manage Customer Visits
Periodical Visits to important Customers Plants & Offices

Material Management
Check and Ensure the Incoming raw materials - Films, Inks, Adhesive, Solvents, Granules, Packaging goods, etc. meeting the requirement.
Ex - LDPE, HDPE, Pet, Bopp, PE, , Foil, Nylon, PVC, Paper and Semi met pet with overall documentation
Wastage control meeting can be conducted once for every 6days with all Production Team. Once the Analysis List made with the reason of wastage of every process stage to identify the Root Cause (Man, Method, Material & Machine) and corrective actions can be taken with the Co-ordination of Production Head and Maintenance Head as well Efficiency Record of Operators can be made based on the results.
Evaluation report can be made and rating will be given for all RM Suppliers to ensure the Quality Parameters of their Supplies should meet with our requirements.
Conduct Internal audits, Management Review meetings and take the feedback reports to fulfill the Customers Audit findings.
Maintain and operate all inspection, measurement and testing equipment, including equipment inventory list, Calibration and records, and operating procedures.
SOPs can be prepared for each operations and ensure to follow the same by all Production Crew.
Implementing ISO 9001and BRC standards and maintaining relevant documents and also Quality management review member in implementation of ISO& BRC.
Take the lead in the problem analysis (Root Cause) and corrective action and Preventive action (CAPA) necessary to address any customer complaints or Internal/External rejections.
Job development with well co-ordination and full involvement with R&D department
Handling Customer complaints and Complaints analysis and giving the preventing action in front of customers
Process check up with respect to quality parameters for each production process.
Supervising, training, motivating the Quality team to increase quality and quantity of the production.
Co- operating with operators and other departments to achieve higher Production target and controlling online rejections
Cooperating with superiors and other departments to achieve higher Production targets.
Implementing cost saving measures and modifications, achieving substantial Reduction in terms of production cost.
Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.
Maintaining Master job order folders for every job, which contains job parameters Including material details, any special instruction and ink details for future reference.
Supervising, training, motivating the Quality team to increase quality &Conduct small group activities on shop floor, work environment In addition, ensuring implementation of action plans.
