Changing work instructions if the fault is caused by them and recording of changes.
Monitoring of nonconformance with the help of different charts like Bar chart, Pareto chart, Trend charts etc.
Submit C.A.R. to customer.

D) Internal quality audit:
Preparation of IQA plan.
Conduct product, process and system audits as per IQA plan.

E) Management information system:
Daily Development trial sheet review.
Standard room planning.
Daily In house & Vendor rejection rework analysis and their corrective action report.
Monthly Quality dept. summary reports like Rejection, Rework, Cost of Quality, Cost of Poor Quality, No. of customer complaint, No. of re-occurrence of customer complaint, Layout Plan Vs Actual, Product Audit Vs Actual etc.
