IC engine based four stroke Gensets, Water Pumps, & G.P. Engines. Various parameters Inspection and testing on-line testing i.e. Voltage, frequency, rpm Power, Pump Discharge, Fuel Consumption, SFC governing, CO%, Noise Labels, Appearance and other related parameters.

Sample Testing:
Product Performance Confirmation as per HES & BIS Engine Power Testing by Dynamometer, SFC Governing Confirmation Critical Parameters Inspection i.e. Valve Timing, Ignition Timing, Compression Ratio, Blow by, Sump Pressure and Oil Consumption etc.

Endurance Testing:
Life Testing and Endurance Testing of new developed parts & new models & Indigenization parts As per IS, JIS, HES.
Warranty Material Analysis and CMeasure Action Plan:
Complete analysis of warranty material or field failure parts, finding root cause, improvement in Process/plant or at vendor end.

In Process Quality Audit:
In plant processes quality inspection & audit of process components as per quality standards of Critical parameters, audit report generating.
