Assistant Manager (R&D)
Since Jun 2013
Company Profile: Leading manufacturer of Silicone products, silane, siloxane.
Job Profile:
Involved in research and development of new functionalized silicon polymer using different industrially feasible processes. The projects I have worked so far are listed below:
Development of new hydrophilic silicone polymer for synthetic and man-made fiber with excellent handfeel. Patent filed; Application Nr. PCT/EP2016/058667.
Preparation of H-siloxane (with controlled H-concentration and viscosity) for elastromer gel for particular application in cream, lotion etc. Different polymers are already developed and show excellent performance.
Developed low temperature silicone demulsifiers. Product approved by ONGC.
Synthesized alkyl amino silicone polymer to use in fabric softener.
Currently working on a specialized silicone polymer with controlled viscosity to use in shampoo as shine enhancer. Polymer synthesis is done under pilot scale and application shows superb shine on hair. Patent filed; Application No. 973/KOL/2015.
