Process - Retail Sales of Agri Products

We are working to improve farmer lives by increasing the efficiency of natural resources. Under our brand, Jalasanchay, we produce the world’s cheapest water storage solution. We produce pond liners that are geomembranes primarily used for water retention and conservation. Our product has been used on over 2000 farms and has increased farmer income, productivity and well-being
We’re looking for someone dedicated to improving the agricultural sector through their passion for sales.

Define and finalize service level agreements/delivery terms with selected dealers
Ensure that distributor/dealer issues are addressed in a timely manner
Evaluate & monitor distributor/dealer performance and address performance gaps
Monitor cash flows and dues from dealers
Monitor sales plans, and assist in developing sales field teams through structured training and on the job coaching
Brand promotion through the dealer network
Market development activities in assigned area

Skills:
Knowledge of products, rural markets, agriculture and farmers
Selling skills and commercial acumen
