Job Description

Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of ASMs, driving performance and meeting sales targets.
Retail Expansion: Build strong relationships with rural retail partners, ensuring product availability and visibility.
Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to increase market share in rural areas, including coordinating with Commercial, Marketing and Production teams. 
Market Coverage: Identify key markets for growth and optimize sales across regions.
Travel: Regular travel (2 weeks per month) to monitor team performance and retail execution.

Qualifications:
1.5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Experience placing products in rural retail, ideally with FMCG or agri-inputs.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage remote teams.
Worked with a brand present in rural markets (examples: Unilever, ITC, Astral, Finolex, Syngenta) 
Language :Marathi & English
