Job Profile:
PPM: Develop and implement monthly, weekly and daily production planning as per delivery schedule and urgency to ensure profitability.
Business Development: Acquisition of new clients, meet them, submit company project reports, show them to our sample sacks and convincing the quality basis, price basis and get the business. Follow-up with the new customers and maintain the good relationship with them.
Tenders: Vendor registration for some government tenders and get the vendor form from website or directly. Filling the tender application, arranging the necessary documents and sample bags to submit before the due date. Participate in the tender meetings and quote the lowest price.
Quality and efficiency: Monitor the quality and efficiency of production during production and establishes manufacturing policies, facility requirements, sourcing and inventory controls. Also take samples of in process and finished products and perform necessary test in order to assured Quality.
Communication: Maintain a good communication with buyers and purchasers and also with production and maintenance team to achieve the targeted production and quality, Participate in production status meetings as required for information exchanges purposes.
Technical support: Provide technical support to all departments. Ensure that all the process equipments and the production team achieve the optimum performance in terms of quality, productivity and operating standards.
Procurement: Purchase all spares, master batches, Fillers, and stationary and get work done from nearby engineering Workshops with reasonable cost and best quality.
Follow up orders: Execution and follow up order as per dispatch schedule.
Store spare: Timely availability of all consumable and breakdown spares.
Work Environment: Ensure a safe and clean work place and respect all environmental requirements.
Raw material: Timely availability of all raw materials like PP, LDPE, HDPE. Master Batches, Fillers, HM etc as per production and sales plan.
Process strategies: In the steady operation stage defines, recommend and implement new process strategies for plant reliability, production, efficiency and safety.
Inventory: To control the inventory of Raw material finished & semi finished goods spares etc.
Performance rating: Keeps a close watch in performance of all employees and do necessary increments or develop suitable incentive schemes for worker motivation.
Variance analysis: Analyze variance between planned and actual production and expenses with a view to sort-out the reasons and minimize financial loss.
Reporting: Prepare a well summary report of daily, weekly and monthly production, maintenance. Report, m/p and power consumption., wastage %, store and other expenses, loss analysis, major problems and its remedies and daily and monthly physical report.
