Material Planning Procurement Analyses the Production Plan and arrive the Material requirement plan (MRP).
Capacity planning and Make or Buy decisions, verify the stock and release the Purchase order, Prepare / approve the Procurement proposal.
Prepare / approve the Procurement proposal, Prepare / release Purchase Orders to the Suppliers, Fixing and maintaining prices as per Company set norms and periodical check on the prices for the items in regular use.
Purchasing of all Productive & Non-Productive Raw Material – Plastic component & Child Part.
Maintain inventory in store area as per maxima minima level or as per production requirement.
Interaction with QC department to ensure proper quality of incoming materials, Ensure speedy replacement in case of damaged or rejected goods.
Scheduling the supplies / follow up with the suppliers, Analysis of Non Moving Stocks and Liquidation Program, Co-ordination with internal customers, one of the strong links in the Supply Chain Group.
Fix the inventory Target for every Purchased item, Monitor the stock level meticulously and initiate immediate corrective measures, when the inventory shots beyond target.
Continuous interaction with Planning and Production departments to ensure that only those items are purchased which are highly essential for the Production and also, the purchased items are consumed.
