Strategy Planning:
Lead and manage profit centre operations. 
Establish goals, short term and long term budgets, forecasts and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
Actively involved in business planning and monitoring performance. 
  
Business Development:
Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Leverage public information and personal network to develop market intelligence for leads.
Lead, train and motivate teams ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company.

Sales & Marketing:

Deciding on and finalizing standard packing norms.

Commercial Operations:
Fixing Credit limit of the parties and monitoring outstanding of the parties to ensure that dispatches are made strictly as per permissible norms of the company.
Conducting age wise analysis of the outstanding of the parties.
Introducing cash discount scheme and other incentives for controlling the outstanding.
Handling Account reconciliation with the parties and taking balance confirmation on quarterly basis to avoid any dispute.
Achieving settlement of claims and issue of credit notes from accounts department.

Major Accomplishments
Currently leading a dedicated team of 4 people inclusive of 2 sales executives in marketing, 1 person as depot in charge and 1 as factory dispatch in-charge.
Developed vast distributor and direct dealer network of more than 25 distributors (from 4 previously) including direct dealers in Andhra Pradesh region.
Introduced unique concept of changing back insert of the moulds in order to revive obsolete models by giving the chair new look and new design.
Introduced concept of focused marketing of premium collection resulting in better brand image and profitability of the company
Presently working on concept of making exclusive showroom of the company through franchise arrangement and started three exclusive showrooms till date.
Introduced cash discount scheme and reduced credit period from 90 days to 30 days, as well as structuring the safe credit policy through blank cheques and fixing credit limit of parties and taking quarterly balance confirmation by reconciling the accounts with parties.
