Sales & Marketing Execution:
To monitor and supervise the Sales Process. Make sure all order should be executed timely. Having authority to set company as well as sales person wise monthly sales Target.
Ensure that there are timely price revisions for all the customers as and when needed or as per agreement with a particular customer.
Preparation of Various Sales MIS reports and presenting the same in interdepartmental meetings & to the management.
Preparing cost benefit analysis & other key Reports.
To intervene whenever the credit limit of a particular customer have gone high and may take the necessary steps like speaking to the customer, holding the consignments or bartering with the customers to release the payments against certain supplies
Taking weekly reviews to help the team (Whenever required or asked for) to achieve the Sales targets.
Monitor the process of giving Forecast for the Production Planning and address the issues and co-ordination with Production department / Factory.
Ensure that the Customer Complaints & Customer Enquiries are attended in Time. Follow up with Sales People & monitor for the Samples given to various customers.
Key account management.
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers;
Maintaining and developing relationships with New & Existing customers in person and via visits, telephone calls and emails;

Credit Control & Collection Execution:
To monitor and supervise the Collection (Payments and Statutory Forms) Process. Directly coordinate with the customer for payment follow up if required.
Setting up monthly, weekly collection Target. Ensure that it should be achieved within given deadline.
Approving the Credit Note, Debit Note and Sample written off.
Preparation of Aging wise outstanding and various MIS report.
Ensure that the Credit control team is performing to their best. Follow with them or help the team by addressing the problematic customers.
Resolved bounced cheques issue and also raise DEBIT Note.
Collection of C form, H form or any other forms in time and ensure that there are no penalties for the non receipt of a form.
Review quarterly credit terms of key customers.

Other works :
Verify / Approve daily voucher of sales team as well as collection boys.
Maintain new customer Data / verify the customer strength and History.
Taking monthly, weekly review meeting with team. .
Visiting Key Customers at least once a month.
Closing meetings, Negotiations Meetings and weekly interdepartmental meetings.
Coordinating with factory team for production planning, scheduling & dispatches.
