Role and Responsibilities
Customer care
Take care of all the Field/OEM complaints throughout the (South India).
Visiting regularly to our O.E.M Area office and to their dealers to verify the current status and components failures highlighting the territory status to our Head Office to take corrective actions.
Conducting regular meeting at O.E.M Area office premises and discussing the product failure and updating the changes needed in the product for better efficiency submitting the decisions to the Head Office for verifications and approva
Service training Customer care
As per O.E.M request providing training to their Dealer Service engineers and STUs Engineers and Mechanics on the following;
Construction and working principles of our product in component wise.
Providing proper guidance to the trainees for trouble shooting..
Rendering Preventive Maintenance of Air brakes systems.
Dealer Development
Providing the dealer with design changes, Product development details. Changes in warranty terms and conditions in time. To update the changes with respect to the manufactures. To promote the product in the market efficiently.
Auditing the dealers premises (workshop) with respect to promotion of service in a specialized manner with out any constraint to the satisfaction of the customer in a short period. Auditing the special tools and gauges to promote the service in efficient manner.
Service support to promote after
Adapt vehicles and demonstrate benefits.
Develop Authorized Service Center and identify certified work shops.
End user trainings to State Transport,Garages,Fleet owners and Projects
Organize Van Campaigns and meet to STUs, VMDs and fleet operators.
Monitor effectiveness of training programmes.
Claim handling
Visit all VMD dealers in fixed frequency and certify the claims.
Visit ASCs and improve quality service to customers.
Reduce claims cost by giving training to VMD and ASC.
Data collection on reliability.
